1、 转子形式多样化，能满足不同的炼胶工艺要求，可根据需要选配。

2、 转子、密炼室、卸料门、压坨等均可通水循环冷却，冷却面积大，并可配备水温控制系统，能有效的保证所炼各种胶料的质量稳定。

3、 转子表面、密炼室内壁、卸料门工作表面、压坨及其他与胶料接触的工作表面均堆焊耐磨硬质合金或镀硬铬，提高耐磨性。

4、 转子端面密封装置采用液压式密封，密封比压可调，密封可靠。

5、 上顶栓采用液压驱动，可实现对胶料的恒压控制。

6、 下顶栓采用下落式卸料，卸料门采用齿条、齿轮及液压油缸驱动，运行平稳可靠，且开闭时间短；采用曲拐式锁紧，通过液压油缸驱动，锁紧力强，自锁性好，密封好。

7、 传动系统多样化，具有传动平衡、噪音低、使用寿命长等优点。其结构形式及速度可根据用户炼胶工艺选配。

8、 控制系统采购PLC，具有手动和自动功能，操作方便，抗干扰能力强，并具有安全可靠的信号检测和反馈功能，能有效的控制炼胶质量，确保设备正常运行。其控制方式分时间、温度、时间和温度兼控等多种，还可根据用户的要求制作。

2. Rotors, mixing chamber, discharging door and rams are all cooled by circulating water, with large cooling areas and temperature control system, which can secure the stable quality of different rubber mixing.

3. The rotor surface, mixing chamber inside wall, working surface of discharging gate, rams and other surfaces which could contact with rubber &adhesives are all welded with wear-resistant hard alloy or plated with hard chromium, which marks a high abrasion performance.

4. Rotor end sealing device is adopted with hydraulic seal, which is reliable and adjustable.

5. Upper ram is adopted with pneumatic or hydraulic model, therefore constant pressure control for the compound can be realized.

6. Lower ram is adopted with drop discharging, the discharging gate driven by rack, pinion and hydraulic cylinder, with reliable operation and a rapid open &close; the crank locking mechanism is driven by hydraulic cylinder, which supplies strong locking force, better self-lock and excellent sealing effects. 

7. Transmission system is diversified, with characteristics of steady transmission, low noise, long service life, reliable signal detection &feedback functions, the perfect quality of mixing compound can be guaranteed, as well as the smooth operation of the equipment. On the basis of control mode, it is classified as time control, temperature control and time &temperature multi-control as well, meanwhile, we can also provide a customized one.
