主要技术条件:
浸出:两段热水浸出,液固比7:1。渣率66.57%,渣成分(%)为:4.81As,38.19Sn,3.04Sb,6.02Pb,1.65Zn,13.19Fe。
净化:由于浸出液PH=5,已接近中性,故略去中和作用,仅经过中和过滤,滤液清亮。控制一定温度,让中和滤液通过离子交换柱脱杂,随后进行活性炭脱色,以确保产品洁白度。
