Semiconductor ESD generator
Semiconductor electrostatic discharge generator (model: ESD-606G) semiconductor devices for anti-static test (HBM human models and MM mechanical mode) is designed, through the resistance-capacitance discharge module output waveform, to meet the standards of MIL-STD-883E METHOD3015.7 , EIAJED-4701Condition B, EIAJED-4701 Condition A and GJB GJB-548A-3015 test requirements. Equipment sub-Human Body Model (HBM) and mechanical discharge mode (MM). Humanized design and easy to use.
